About Me.

I work to alleviate my patients' symptoms and assist them in making concrete changes in their behaviors, but I also try to look beneath the surface to facilitate deeper, longer-lasting transformation. Therapy may allow you to identify previously unnoticed patterns of feelings and behaviors. Doing so can help you feel sturdier, lighter, more in control of yourself. And piecing together a story of how you have arrived at this point in your life may help you to chart a path forward. Well-selected medications may be useful as well, but I have found that the best treatments go beyond what medications alone can accomplish.
